Common Questions

I'm a new member, how do I access Home Banking for the first time?

To begin using Home Banking, the first step is to enroll. During this process, you make a new password, setup challenge questions, and choose a personal security phrase.

Reminder: Your default password is set to your social security number, and must be changed after signing in.

How do I transfer funds to another member?

Using Home Banking, you can transfer money to any North Coast account, including those of other members.

  1. From within Home Banking, select Transfer Funds
  2. Select "Other Member's Account"
  3. Enter their member number, account type, and first three letters of their last name.
  4. Click "Next>>"

What is a "personal security phrase"?

The personal security phrase is provided for your security. In a phishing attack, a fraudulent website lures users into providing their information to the attacker by appearing authentic. The personal security phrase is something you set, and can't be easily duplicated on an attack site. Always check that your personal security phrase is present before entering your password.

I can't remember the answer to one of my security questions.

Security questions can be changed easily within Home Banking. From within Home Banking, first select More Options, then MFA.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you can't remember your password, please contact us, and we can reset it.

I can't sign in to Home Banking.

For your protection, your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful sign in attempts. To restore access, please contact us.
