FRAUD ALERT! 7/22/2010

Some of our members have reported a scam where they received a text message saying their debit card had been deactivated or is on hold. The members were instructed to call a phone number and then asked to enter their 16-digit card number and PIN number. 

Please DO NOT RESPOND to such a message. Do not give out your personal or account information over the phone. 

If you have given out your North Coast Credit Union account information, please call us immediately at (800) 696-8830 during business hours, or debit card services at (800) 682-6075 after hours.  Thank you.
