North Coast CEO presents first Skagit Change-Maker Award, Inspired by the life of Terry Belcoe

Marilyn Brink, North Coast CEO, (left), and Thomas Boucher, North Coast Community Development Officer (right), presented Cheryl Bishop, CEO Skagit Bank, with the Skagit Change-Maker Award, Inspired by the Life of Terry Belcoe, yesterday, during the unveiling of the Skagit Prosperity Report. Cheryl Bishop is the first to receive this prestigious award given to a person who has demonstrated dedication to improving our community. Cheryl Bishop absolutely deserves this recognition.
